Damage mods are getting a pass, and the LR, and Assault Rifle weapon class have also been confirmed to be getting another pass too. |

EDIT: The goal of these balance passes is to both increase over all weapon balance and increase TTK a little. Do you have a link to where this is confirmed?

EDIT: The LR and assault weapon class passes were specifically confirmed in different threads, though. He also states that scouts were losing sidearms but that never came to be. Scouts were going to lose a sidearm, then the forums gave very strong feedback against the proposal and CCP changed their mind.
To be perfectly honest, I kinda wish they did lose their sidearm, that or their grenade slot - Scouts might actually end up being a little OP after 1.8 hits and I'd rather not see them nerfed into ground with 1.9.
I guess we'll just have to wait and see how it all plays out in the end, theory crafting will only get you do far. (Completely seriously, by the way.) |
