Not going to happen. Per CCP alliances are not core to dust and the functionality already exists in Eve if you really want to create one. Given that most established corps in dust are in Eve created alliances already there is no real reason to spend limited resources on it.

Underlined part. Exactly, so why can't they move it over to dust?
You do realize that dust has very limited resources right? So much so that PC and FW was created by Eve devs. Someone asked about this in IRC last fall and a ccp devs simple said you can create an alliance via Eve. That's that as they say. You want an alliance get eve toon like a lot of other corps have.
Hell all the closed beta corps did this and no one complained

I do agree there could be a bit more alliance stuff dust side but only if its needed for game play. At the moment there really isn't a need.

I just don't see how hard it could be, it's just like making a corp isn't it?
Quiet a bit actually. I think we would all prefer PC and FW improvement, bug fixes, balancing, new maps, suits, art, game modes, sockets, performance, etc. When you look at the big picture all of those things are actually needed when dust side alliances are simply not.
Not trying to be a jerk about it, more trying to temper your expectations.
