Your 1b here is worth at least 5b there.

1. 5b is enuf to buy plex for your new 14d-trial account.
2. Now just find guy that live in eve from creating alliance for others players who doesnt have skills to do so, on eve-forum(access only for sub account - thats why you need char).
3. Make your eve character a CEO and transfer all shares on him(now whether this character is in your corp or not, it will always be asked to accept "creating more shares" if he refuse your corp will alwayes be safe).
4. Invite guy who creates alliance to your corp, give him: 1b, his fee, CEO, alliance name.
..enjoy your new alliance

This plan takes from 3 to 5 days, but to accomplish it you really need to want your own alliance(which doubt).

I think we would all prefer PC and FW improvement, bug fixes, balancing, new maps, suits, art, game modes, sockets, performance, etc. When you look at the big picture all of those things are actually needed when dust side alliances are simply not. Why can't two small dust corps merge? Is that so hard? Do the two ten man corps really need eve players for an alliance lol?! Let those guys run their corps under their own banners. Nobody even truly knows how the whole eve/dust thing works anyway... or cares if they just started playing?! All they know is they got ten guys a piece in two corps, their guys get along and share principals, they don't want to relinquish any rights, and having two corps in one DUST alliance can't be that hard to do?! The "already got it in eve so just deal" is a cop out?! The only thing i see eve players do from dust side is drop orbitals in fw. Not saying anything negative about eve, but ccp has failed to make the games truly sinc to where it would matter to two small dust corps striving to be competitive by adding more active players to their entourage.
