we're getting small, medium and large drones
it would be cool if PvE had a boss fight esque thing with a mother drone.

Also you say "We're getting small, medium and large drones", is this new information recently released, or old information we have know for years?
Last time I checked CCP said they were no-where near getting any form PvE yet.

Bella yeah, hive queen! Spews smaller drones and has death lazers among other weapons and has a horrifying death scream! Also its two stories tall! I would be so down! |

New Eden has battleship-class rogue drones, and drone motherships beyond that.

PvE Rogue Drone was outlined at FF2013 with several of the variants being covered by Brandon Laurino (Ex EP) in the CCP Presents keynote IIRC (or the DUST one).
At EVE Vegas 2013, Atli Mar (or Kjatan) said that PvE was coming this year some time.

I would love even more drones:
Swarm of tiny drones that slow shield recharge and do continuous damage.
Giant spider drone the size of a building, requiring several tanks to take down.
Vehicular drones like hovertanks and hoverbikes with mounted guns.
Cloaked assassin drones.
Etc.
