So I just let someone unload a mass driver on me. All 6 shots, from about 30 meters It got my shields and maybe 50 armor points. Then I shot him with a rail rifle. Twice.
I also got a bunch of sniper rifle kills earlier firing blindly into an area near an objective. Nobody on either team was near it. |

I think having time in at McDonalds would look better on a job app than CCP.
Furthermore, I am done using the term 'lag' in relation to the ******, glitchy, teleportation movement of players when the server breaks 20k people on.
I have screaming fast internet and DUST is still like shooting at Nightcrawler from the X-Men. I turned down the output res on my console, set the detail to medium and it's no better.
Oh, and, for the SIXTH TIME earlier I had my personal best game ever, only before the battle report came up, my screen told me a fatal error occurred and the game could not continue. Awesome.
And to whomever says sniper rifles are fine....30 hit markers in the last match. 5000 damage on the report, only 3 kills. |

I don't even know what this bittervet insider crap is. You're an insider of one of the worst FPS games I've ever played. Good for you, you twerps have your own little labels for people who point out this game is crap.

What kind of answer is 'Turn on the Passive SP and come back in a few months?' I honestly appreciate the sentiment, but GAMES ARE MEANT TO BE FUN THE FIRST TIME, not months down the road.
Plus, if I went away and came back, nothing would be fixed. Read the forums, nothing ever gets fixed, the issues just keep snowballing.
But, no matter. Every time someone complains about the game, you few guys that cause all the problems just jump right on the CCP bandwagon and chase the new player off. I'm sure that will fix everything.
Oh, wait, it won't, because that's been the norm for the last year. |
