This would prevent corps from having 4 different districts on one timer with a day-heads-up in case they are all attacked at once to prepare ringers, and making overwhelming in numbers more relevant. BRING BACK CORP BATTLES As 843-BANE suggested in this thread, and this one.Corp battles are a necessary part of this game and will give players with the extreme urge to quit a reason to stick around. Even if someone was to be kicked out of PC, corp battles will always be a source of fun for any corp. PC has been the death-bringer as well as the harbinger of this game. Once great corps have crumbled and left the game because of it. Corp battles will allow for the same experience without the BS. Sign the petition if you want corp battles backMake Winning a War More Profitable Than Farming An unfortunate truth about PC is that Farming Districts is more profitable than war, even if you're winning. Payouts from a victory should be scaled higher based on amount of clones and price of dropsuits destroyed from both sides. The winning side should be making back what they lost in suits and clones, and then profiting from what the other side lost.
Also, if the victor is attacking a district, give them the profit of clone sales from the district they are attacking, instead of halting clone production altogether. This would encourage attacking districts rather than waiting for a defense.
This wouldn't affect the profit of locking one's districts all that much unless they destroyed clones and dropsuits (which would have to be their own, netting a very low profit if any at all)
The amount of isk lost from a loss would remain about the same, while the victor will make even more.Punish No Showing Furthermore, no showing a battle should have some negative impact on those no showing, without rewarding the enemy side. Perhaps a fine of 36 mil isk from concord. No showing would equal a loss as the result of having 10> people in the battle with x amount of time spent outside of the redline. This would make no showing a less ideal tactical choice when faced against an enemy they aren't confident they can beat. If you are in PC, you should show up to every battle and at least try. Otherwise, you deserve to lose isk.
I love it. I think you should add the multipliers to payouts that I suggested with wins on attacks and consecutive defenses. I'd throw in big bonuses for flipped districts on consecutive win district flip attacks.
