My knowledge of Amarrian ritual practice is sketchy, but I don't think they drink the holy water (much). Someone may have played a similar prank with the spiced wine, though.

The gold is symbolic why do you think offerings to a God or Gods are in Gold. Plus holy colors are always bright in nature also gold is a abondant & resilant metal why wouldn't we use it.

These capsuleers serve the Empire of their own accord...they are somewhat afforded....exceptions to Imperial law.
Doesn't mean I agree with them. However there is no law preventing the whipping of slaves, only ones that prevent excessive violence and mistreatment.

So yes, according to the definition of the word Amarrians have the most swag of any of the races in new eden. It's in our very nature to be as grand as possible and our Sanctified Swag let us achieve those ends.
