Your talking like we never wanted to scout? Of course I did, but as we all knew respecs were not on the horizon and I don't give two ***** about Gal of Min tech....so I had to wait.
Why the hell do you think the Amarr scout is going to be balanced compared to the other scouts?

Its actually been said and restated no less than 10 times why its a fine bonus to amarr scout and is on par with the other scouts. You just fail to see it. You are so set in your idea of what it should be, that no sound reasonable response will change your mind.
Its not and we have reiterated a dozen times over as well. It doesn't add up at all. Our bonus is simply negated until the other 3 racial scouts run out of stamina at which point we only gain something like 5-10 seconds sprint time over you, at which point you need to consider that your speed has taken you bother further, faster.

Now we all have different opinions toward this matter. Future Amarrian scouts believe that their 25% bonus to stamina regen and max is not on par with the other racial variants. Some others believe it is due to various reasons (I have not kept up pardon)
In my personal opinion, 25% stamina bonus is NOT on par with other suits. Don't get me wrong however. It's a good bonus nonetheless. And I'm still going to skill into it like the others. But at the moment, if nothing is changed to the skill, why should you skill into the amarr scout for any other reason that simple factional loyalty?
The gallente bonus in my eyes is the greatest out of all the scouts. With the minmitar in second. And caldari in third.
I believe at the very least, it needs to be 50% stamina max when the skill hit 5. At the very least. I have crunched the numbers and this would mean the base stamina is 354. Up from what would be 295.
I believe that would at least be substantial enough. Of course i wouldn't mind more than that. I actually would prefer more But all I'm personally asking for is to have a reliable stamina base at proto, to not have to use a green mod.
Agreed. I think the bonus is amazingly fitting for the Amarr scout. However the values on that bonus are not yet good enough since the Amarr scout will be the slowest its bonus only matters once you negate the other scouts stamina values and total the time and distance, the Amarr scout and run and the speed at which its stamina recharged.
50% bonus to Stamina pool and regen time is a start. I might be able to accept that value.

If I recall correctly, an argument was made that making Cloak the focus of a Racial Bonus was equivalent to punitive action against those of the Race who opt against using cloak. Not saying that you're wrong to want what you want; only pointing out the argument (as I remember it).

Am I understanding correctly that what you guys want is a 10% bonus per level to Stamina and Stamina Regen per level? That doesn't sound like an unreasonable request; CCP has already said the numbers aren't set-in-stone. Am I missing something?
Well what the argument really is....why don't the Amarr get a 20% per level bonus essentially giving them a built in proto cardiac regulator. However any bonus is better than the current weaker than standard cardiac bonus we are proposed to have now.

Actually the request is 20% per level, and even then that is being modest since we aren't asking for a secondary bonus as well. How about the 10% bonus and the ferroscale bonus?
What was the ferroscale bonus?
