So you can literally walk behind a group and kill the guy at the back, run off and nobody will be the wiser. A similar weapon like the Shotgun will quickly give you away. Its simpe fun, thrill and satisfaction but thats it to be honest. The NK is not a very reliable weapon, the HD is still a bit messy and you can't kill quick enough with that thing.

LVL 4 Gal scout here. the short answer to your question is yes, It all depends how you want to play. the galente scout will be better suited for infiltration and attacking red letters, using its innate stealth and long passive scans to catch defending reds with their pants down. I see the min scout working better as a defensive role, patrolling blue letters and hiding in the shadows using its powerful melee bonus to cut down unwary hackers and using its hacking bonus (1.8) to cancel any hacks that may have gotten through. IMO if want to be a good scout you need to learn everything you can about the three types of scanning and how they affect you. Thr33 is the magic number.

I'm not a scout, I always run Assault suits, but I can tell from scouts using shotguns behind my back that they're better off using Nova Knives because 9/10 times I do a 180-¦ and kill the scout with a shotgun behind me before he gets the drop on me. If scouts were using Nova Knives I wouldn't even have a chance. Love the sinner, hate the Sindromer.
