CCP dual tanking has got to go. It is ruining balance within this game. Once damage modifiers become a thing of the past it's going to be the same thing as before either you shield tank or you dual tank no exception. For those of you who have forgotten a dual tanked caldari Assault has 552 (625.55 now) shields, 392 armor, 25 sHP/s on a 5/8 delay, and 5 armor repair. That's over 1000 eHP with the fastest passive repair outside a scout. A dual tanked Gallant Assault has 367.8 shields, 716.25 armor, 20 sHP/s on a 7/10 delay, and 5 armor repair. Both of these suits are just ungodly.
If these suits were not dual tanked the Caldari assault would have an EHP of 745.5 and whatever he puts in his lows other than armor, and the Gallante assault would have 826.25 EHP and whatever goes in his highs.
P.S: don't remove dual tanking unless you provide logical slot distributions. For example with the current slot distribution it is impossible to follow logical racial profile. Specially without capacitor...
