Books are always better.
My favs are the Isaac Asimov foundation series (he wrote I robot in 1953)
Wheel of time saga (better than lord of the rings, no joke)
And 2000ad comics circa 1992-1998 (when they were really well drawn and had a 16+ age limit I believe) but they are marvel style now, the artwork is sht now :(

I recently got the blu ray and its (inter)stellar. Amazing audio, and the visuals really pop.
No doubt one of faves from when I was young. My bro called himself DJ Spice after it. Space techno anyone?
