CCP we need RUsh game mode please these game modes you got are boring. I mean i never play conquest on bf, just rush. Here me roar! CCP we need rush, your play count will go up if you have RuSH!

What you are asking for is skirmish 1.0, the worst decision CCP ever made was swapping it out for the one we have today.

A Last Stand-style mode would be awesome.
It would have entirely different dynamics from normal gameplay.
Suddenly, all weapons and classes would be enjoyable.
It would just need a good role for scouts and possibly dropships. |

I'd be down with testing PVE.
Maybe we can have an event to draw in players such as a massive infestation due to an unknown terrorist or something.

FW is fudged making public more popular... PVE would wreck public games at this present time, PVE would kill PVP
CCP needs to so something, and something that effects EVE, EVE side. The demand from both side are getting too big to blindly ignore. |

Now that would be crazy! I would be on that alot. Rush to me was the best game mode inf BF3 and BF4.
What we do need until tanks blasters are messed with or a tank limit per side is a game mode only for INF. It gets very annoying when your playing then right off the gate there are 3+ tanks

Agreed. Rush is the gamemode I avoid in battlefield and with good reason, it's pretty much designed with pubstomping in mind. Dust doesn't need any more of that right now. |

I have no idea what rush mode is as I've never played any other fps game online. I only started dust because it's part of the eve universe.
PvE would be a nice idea, but I think there are other things that need to be addressed first.
Personally I'm hoping for large scale battles rather than just the 16 v 16 small map ones we have to play currently. One of the amazing things about eve is the massed battles that include anywhere from dozens to hundreds of players, that makes even more sense in groundside combat in my opinion. Small teams fighting over objectives is all well and good, but sometimes it'll come down to armies systematically taking over the battlefield and driving the enemy back. It would encourage players to communicate more and think more about the tactics overall and it would allow all classes to become more usefull and interdependant so there would be less moaning about one playstyle over the other as all of them would be necessary to win. |
