Actually if you look at the new Sentinel HP values we are starting to see a shift. Amarr Sentinels no longer have equal Armor and Shields, they have a significantly larger amount of Armor HP...even more than the Gallente. I see this as in-line that Amarr are the brick armor tankers and Gallente are the active tankers in EVE.
I hope we are seeing the Dev team finally making that shift and that the Gallente will get armor repair bonuses and Amarr get plate bonuses. However, anyone think +25% to armor repair modules feels a little low?

No, thats a passive rep built into the suit. Simply wearing it will give 3hp/s but that bonus will not increase..
It's just like the current Minmatar Assault getting 1hp/s from the suit.

gallente sentinel with 3 complex plates, a kincat and a shield extender is as fast as a minmatar sentinel with 2 complex plates and 3 shield extenders BUT the gallente sentinel has still more EHP + that free armor repair bonus.
CCP, can you learn basic math please to avoid that stupid design flaws?
So you feel than 1HP/second, meaning it will take a Gallente Sentinel 8 minutes and 45 seconds to completely repair without any armor plates, is overpowered?

I haven't done the calcs myself, but can you actually fit those modules given the Sentinel's resources? I'm not doubting you, but I wasn't sure if you've checked.
You're also overlooking that the Minmatar Sentinel is capable of significantly higher DPS, so please refrain from being hostile.
