This is no taking in SP gained for Omega boosters or triple or double SP events. Since active omega's were not introduced till just a few months ago and passive only came in around uprising it would be hard for someone to top 40Mil. Of course this is not taking into account SP gained after reaching cap so if someone plays a lot after hitting cap they could easily be over 40Mil SP. I know that at PSU the community is tired of me babbling on about DUST, in fact I can actually sense rolling eyes in their posts haha but one day they will understand...if CCP follows through. I saw a vid from Gamespot about the psychological angle of the business model. Apparently there is a part of the brain that says "no, don't spend money on this game!", a voice of reason... but actually over time this lil voice of reason becomes less and less and before you know it you have 6 months of active and passive Omega's running. It's all about wearing the resilience of this voice down until you cave. Sneaky bastards. I think I'll get 3 months of each...I cut out the tounge of this lil voice in my brain, filled its mouth with sawdust and stiched it shut with barbed wire. I'm getting my ******* booster!
