Considering that I always the best HAV that I could make meta wise, These 2 has always been true for me. ANd yes, if we square off, and you got a rail with a damage mod, but that pos costed you under 100k, and I got a Maddy costing 300-500k, I use all kinds of techniques, and you're able to sit there, absorb several million SP worth of training into skills and several hundred hours into HAV fighting, and still without trying, you can kill me? Wait, if MLT HAVs are overpowered, wouldn't vehicles with PRO modules be "God-Mode" by comparison?

I inadvertently switched the proto rail on a fitting of mine to an MLT one; I only realized when it dealt an unusual amount of damage to a turret. Not when I was AVing.

If something has "near identical performance" as something else, then that makes them both overpowered by extension simply because they practically perform the exact same way.
I know what your trying to do here, and it's not going to work.
