If you send a PLEX to an inactive account, can you reactivate that account with said PLEX?
Or does the account have to be active in order to receive and spend that PLEX?

This will add 4 hours game time for you get get hold of or buy a PLEX for your account. If you have not added gametime after the 4 hours is up you will not be able to reactivate your account, unless CCP is kind to you.

I never would have known about that, thank you. @OP, I'm currently working on getting another alt to 100k WP, but when I get there I will contact you about this to see if you're still looking. I've wanted to play EVE for months now and just have had no way to, so this would be really cool, so long as you would be willing to time it with me so I can do the Hours for PLEX to actually receive and spend it. More the merrier! In fact, if you can get your other friends to do this with you, not only are they getting additional PLEXs, but I will throw in referral bonuses of 250M ISKs on EVE per additional friend!
Hot damn.
Now if only I had friends.....

Actually it does work, but it's kind of a marathon and it's a race against everyone else at the start of the match, since there are almost always a few tanks plus some forge guns on each side who are all trying to kill the installations at the start of matches. So, you deploy, mash X, call in MLT rail tank, race around killing off as many turrets / vehicles as possible, hop out, recall, and leave the match. You get a token amount of ISK, and the WP records. It does speed up the process, but it's kind of a soul sucking grind anyways.
I back out of small maps that don't have many turrets, or any game that's not directly at the start.
