*How can I trust your credit worthiness?
I am nothing in DUST 514 and that applies to EVE Online as well. I just happen to have a little bit more net worth than several folks in EVE Online by several trillion ISKs.

*After I accumulate 100,000 WP, could you hold off on transferring the PLEX? I would like the PLEX at market value when the DUST-EVE exchange comes out.
Absolutely! Sure!

*Is it legal?
Of course. This is within the bounds of EULA and historical precedents. Players on both sides have been providing services that allow others to exchange ISKS from DUST <---> EVE Online. As long as no RMT is involved, this is perfectly fine. CCP Devs in EVE confirmed that selling DUST 514 related codes and BPOs with EVE Online ISKs is a perfectly OK practice.

I've wanted to play EVE for months now and just have had no way to, so this would be really cool, so long as you would be willing to time it with me so I can do the Hours for PLEX to actually receive and spend it. More the merrier! In fact, if you can get your other friends to do this with you, not only are they getting additional PLEXs, but I will throw in referral bonuses of 250M ISKs on EVE per additional friend!
