There should NEVER be a pay for respecs on demand EVER.

Team A Captain > Okay boys we know that John Kaiser has 20 million SP and he dumped that into mostly HAVs he's pretty good with them so we need to get three of our guys on AV to deal with him.
Team B Captain > Okay good first round, John swap over to sniper like we discussed and well get that tank called down but park it in the red line, here's the money for the respec.
Match starts
Team A AV Squad > WTF is HAV that supposed to tear our team a new one?
Team B > Trololo lo lo

We only recommend the respecs when its needed
Its needed for 1.8 due to nearly 100% of the suits getting molested and some suits may no longer match a play style and since weapons are also involved, a full infantry respec may be warranted.
