I don't think it will be that hard to be honest. Scouts have some ridiculously low CPU/PG and Logi have the highest.
10% reduction for scouts should be as simple to fit with the 5% reduction that Logi will haveGǪ

It won't even be hard.
Scouts may get a 50% fitting reduction to cloaks, but at level 5 a Logistics suit has a total of 25% bonus to fitting reduction for ALL equipment.
At best all you would need is 1 Enhanced or Complex CPU Enhancer.

The cloak will be a blessing and a curse on the game in my mind. Ittl make us much more survivable when moving in to remote locations if were smart about it...but we will no longer be the underdogs that are playing the hard mode of the game...We still will have no armor really but that ont matter when we an slip out of combat. Been a scout since I started playing this game and it will nice to be a considerable threat to other players even though we already are...but soon I fear everyone and their third cousin will be speccing into scout suits...
