im a new scout too. Could use some help as well. Im a minmatar scout btw. so far my kdr with the xout is around 2.50 from the weekly leaderboard since all i ran this week was scouts. Is 2.50 bad or good?
I can only please one person per day. Today is not ur day, tomorrow doesn't look too bright either.

are there any groups out there that train new scouts? this game is good fun im just finding it very hard to get to grips with.
atleast advance dampners seem to shun most scanners

minmatar s the more trollol type while galante is straight up killing. i think the minmatar look cooler too.

Depends if you were scouting, sniping or tanking. If the first you are good since if everything was equal a KDR less then 1 is the average (ie due to clipping clones get stuck and have to suicide, over cooked hand grenades, MDs at point blank etc). I would like to see your module and weapon selection.
Cmplx Shield Extender, basic shield extender, basic shotgun, basic smg, locus nade, quantum scanner, enh or basic armor rep, enh dampner
