They had Skirmish 1.0 in beta...and it did crash my PS3 a lot, there were areas of the maps I had to avoid when the MMC was moving that would simply crash the game client.
At any rate, it was a fantastic game mode, and I'm very happy to hear of its' return.
There will be bullets. ACR+SMG

There's already been a massive amount of threads requesting a MAG like comms system, starting from the beginning of closed beta. There's not been a single official dev response to any of those requests so far though, which is a little dissapointing to say the least
