So you guys go into a public match with 2 full squads (12 total) using all proto gear. Do you guys have somthing to prove? Maybe you guys just got spanked by another Corporation and need to get your confidence back?
The match making should not allow for 2 full squads of the same corporation in a pub match.

It's called queue syncing and it's kind of ******, yes, but they won through superior numbers and better equipment. Don't shitpost on the forums because some corporation got together and stomped you. Learn from it; find some people and queue sync and go stomp some poor idiot until he posts in GD about it.

I have no respect for "The Generals" as a Corporation! You are new to DUST514! Well on behalf of the DUST community I welcome you. I hope you enjoy your stay and as a word of advice, DO NOT take this seriously or personally.
What the generals did to you has been happening since DUST's infancy. It's called "trolling" and the form of "trolling" is called "queue sync". There were likely 4-5 squads trying to sync together and you got into a game that had 2 and the other 3 are in another match going 1 to 2 or maybe they got lucky and all 3 are on the same side. Sounds like fun right? Well it is, if you are them. If you aren't, then you should get into a corp bub. Without a corp, you are just fodder:) The days of RAMBO are numbered.

Remember match making sucks in all situations...if the match is terribly drawn just leave.
Honestly we need team deploy and the first thing matchmaking looks for is another team to play that way corps that want to play together can without stomping unorganized players. If there is no other team to play it cancels the deploy. |

Most corps that pull that kind of thing have players well below the average FPS skill level and the only way to be somewhat better is to use the Zerg, last time it happened to me in a game, they couldnt sit for a week, now if i get put againt a squad of my own corp, i can't sit for a week, in fact i faced one yesterday. Been standing all day.

Honestly I have been in such games on both sides and neither was fun. Redlining is just boring and I really can't understand why some folks are really enforcing such boring games. But on the other hand coordinated teamplay is much more fun than running solo (but this can be doen in std gear as well).... |

What I learn is too look who I am going against and quit if I see 2 full squads.
BTW I am not interested in joining a Corp or squad. A couple of times and joined a squad the experience was not good. One time I was in a squad with a bunch of kids cursing and another time with a squad speaking a language I could not understand. |

It's called practice. Where are teams supposed to practice coordinating efforts in their top gear? Go into PC without those kind of team building exercises and it won't end well.
Had I not been protostomped several thousands of times, I wouldn't have the field knowledge that I do now, with the ability to properly suit up and give any of them a decent 1v1.

Then you are probably aren't going to enjoy playing Dust very much. CCP is attempting to develop Dust in such a way where squading up is almost mandatory.
My suggestion is to find a corporation of like-minded individuals that are in the same timezone as you. You can get in small squads at first to learn the basics of how to coordinate with your squad. If that doesn't appeal to you then uninstall Dust and spend your time on something else.

first off, the war room use it.
Disclaimer I don't know if the generals are to blame or not.
secondly with larger corps Qsyncing sometimes just happens by no fault of the squad leads. so the match making might be to blame for your stomped butt. and in that situation most people will drop proto because the risk is small.

Thank you
Let's keep trying that. . . We try to to Q-sync for FW everyday. Once in a while we get luck to get in a pub match together. But if you do see squads of GEN on the opposite side, it's better to stay away. We usually like killing each other with Officer Gear. (More QQ)

The Generals are good mercs to game with. I understand your frustrations, though. However, the main reason for qsyncing is not to pub stomp, in my opinion. It is to alleviate the frustration--even just a little--of blue dots not working together. It's also a way to game with more than just 5 of your buddies, especially when you have 11 on.
Since CCP removed the old contract system, qsyncing is one of the only ways to practice as a team, too.
If CCP brought back the old contract system, you would see much, much, much less of the qsyncing. |

Corp Contracts !!! So much fun! So easy to practice. FW with blueberries shooting you in the back, low Risk vs Reward (Not the best way to practice full gear potential and teamwork. |

If CCP brought back the old contract system, you would see much, much, much less of the qsyncing. This is absolutely true. There is nothing more frustrating than running with blue dots that have no mic's, or all think they are going to be a sniper, never mind the ones that just drive around in lav's doing absolutely nothing to help the team.
We Q sync all the time, we just don't run proto in pub's, It's weak, we run proto in FW and PC, 75% of players running proto in pubs do it cause they enjoy seeing that unbelieveable score next to their name for an ego boost. Take away the gear and maybe 50% have true skill, the other 50% couldn't haul their own azz to a letter if they made two trips.
I will tell you this about the GENS, 75% of them can run basic or advanced gear and fukk you up just as bad.
Team work is the key element, when Death Firm runs squads we are usually in basic or adv gear, if you are not organized or running proto, we are going to roll over you, not running proto, cause we know what we can do and have no reason to protostomp until the proper time.

I am pretty sure I read a post on here by a TRE player recently saying you were required to be at least a little bit gay to join TRE.
Given this, is the being unable to sit down a positive or negative effect? |
