 Damn, I didn't even think about that. I was too busy pondering which route I'm gonna go with heavies. I too only specced into Amarr Assault ak.0 for the heat buildup bonus (and to buff my Templar Assault A-I).

Takes 2-3 shots (without charge) to kill any medium and light suit 4-5 for proto sentinel  I... don't know how you're hitting for 200 per shot. I hit for 107, and PRO Sentinel is a right pain in the arse. Usually spam the trigger in the general direction of his head, then switch to SMG and spray.

Other rifles getting a ROF bonus that doesn't even help the SCR (since its semi-auto) makes other rifles even better, and the bonus that actually did help the SCR (and the most logical racial bonus there was) is now removed. Its like a double nerf.
Asssault suits will now disincentivize use of SCRs because the ROF bonus is wasted on them.
They need to move the heat buildup reduction bonus to the operation skills for the laser rifles and scrambler rifles.

For the scrambler It is a double edge sword. The ROF bonus.
On one end lets assume you can spam the trigger that quick. Scrambler, the faster it fires, the faster it overheats. No skill to compensate for that now.
Assuming you can't spam the trigger that fast. The ROF bonus does nothing for you.
Lose lose.

Neither do I really and I use Ak.0 with 3 damage modules.... not to mention I can down a Sentinel faster with a RR or CR with those same damage modules at essentially equivalent or great ranges.
To a Texan like you, a hero is some type of weird sandwich, not some nut who takes on three Gunlogi.

With ak.0 it was broken.
It will now be balanced.
Shield regeneration bonus for Gallente Assault is about as useful as Sharpshooter for Nova Knives.

Ak.0 + scrambler MAY be broken but ak.0 + not scrambler is garbage.
