What this buff is REALLY going to effect is assault dropships trying to engage forge gunners. 25% resist is going to make those engagements that much longer (because let's be honest, who goes toe to toe with heavies / infantry with anything other than missiles). They also better do something for scouts, I left the scout way back because of how little love they had gotten, and nothing has changed in nearly a year, aside from aim assist and better hit detection making scouts that much harder to play.
