Nice find, tis a shame I don't see anything about scouts, I'm just glad that my waiting till all the racial stuff is out before pouring sp into suits is paying off.
Though bolt pistol and magsec make me quite happy on its own though, I suspect we will be getting these in a couple of months.

Ironically the min commando can do a swarm launcher combat rifle combo (swarm launches are explosive, not sure how its tagged though)
The gal com can do a shotgun assault rifle combo
the amarr com can do a a scrambler laser rifle combo
and the cal commando can do a duel rail rifle combo?

Rail rifle + tactical sniper, this might be really fun for a mid range heavy
I'm an idiot, I blame the fact that its 5 am and I haven't gone to sleep yet, yeah I forgot the sniper rifle, this itself might actually make them useful

I don't understand the tears, 2-2.5 mill and you got a new fully decked proto suit, not the end of the world, also the logi was very predictable, CCP has even stated that they were changing them to equipment bonuses like a month ago, in fact CCP took those bonuses directly from one of the racial threads that was out.
Considering that this patch won't be coming out for 30-45 days, that is 1 mill plus right there.
Also players who waited before blowing sp should be rewarded for their patience vs the blitz Bettys who wanted a performance boost now without seeing the whole picture.
My $.02, and I'm already prepared for the friendly responses

To get 2 mill, that is like 2 months of not playing (or bare minimal playing),
If you are playing then you can get that within a month easy, before the patch drops

Though I have no idea what firing cloak cost means if not something to do with an ammo/stamina like mechanic, which almost puts into question if this will actually be an equipment item now, which previously I was like 90% sure it was going to be. So its hard to judge how useful that is.

This sounds the most legitimate explanation, I was under the impression that shooting while cloaked wouldn't be in this, so I didn't even assume that.
