As far as I've been told from EVE players, Caldari is supposed to be best race for E-war and the scanning bonus goes to Galente...

If Caldari and Gallente switched bonuses and Amarr and Minmatar did the same, wouldn't that make more sense gameplay wise and perhaps even lore wise?
Anyways, too bad the awesome hack bonus dissapears, perhaps it'll get allocated to a scout suit???
Caldari do and never had the best sensors, they always had the best jammers.
Sensor Boosters been primarily Gallente and gallente have some of the fastest lock times in the past.

So you support forcing people to hold onto Amarr heavies even if they never wanted to use them, but wanted to play heavies? It's suddenly our fault that CCP's schedule is as slow as their heavies?
Just sayin though but its too early to tell if its needed or not but if so I will continue to press for a respec in 1.8 as I stated before. There is a chance it may be too premature and require a delay.

All 1.8 skills have been removed and replaced with 1.7 skills
