You would hear a massive uproar in the EVE community over such a change. And thats with just a single ship. Imagine if that was for every ship people could use. How much does it take to get into a prototype suit. 2.5 million, several months of hitting cap every week without a booster. Im fine with a dropsuit skill refund at minimum. Scouts will continue to be the least flexible of all the suits and you will continue to see their decline for lack of flexibility. 50% bonus as scout V means that any suit will be able to fit the cloak pretty easily.
