If elected, I will push for vehicle free game modes and vehicle centric game modes as well.
As an infantryman, I'm getting pretty sick of being s*** on by constant tank spam in any game mode I try and play, and I'm sure some of you are too. Be it ambush or domination, it never fails to see 4 to 6 enemy tanks crawling around the map leading to just downright infuriating matches.
I propose something where we could go into battle finder and customize our game preferences akin to battlefield's battle finder. One would go into battle finder, hit triangle to pull up options, and then would be able to select infantry only if they'd like. Badda bing badda boom, no more tanks if you don't want them!
Now for you heavy machinery lovers out there, I'd propose a new game mode similar to battlefield's tank superiority game mode. Basically you go in, try and capture an objective, but can call in a ton of tanks. There would still be a hard limit, say ten tanks per team with the remaining 6 members on each team being infantry. It would be the infantry's job to either run AV (think of all the forge guns and swarms) or logis to keep their team's tanks alive as they try and cap the objective. Basically think domination with a ton of tanks (or dropships). In the future, MTACS and jets could also be incorporated.
Not everyone wants to deal with tanks all the time, but also I know tankers won't like the idea of being restricted from matches. These were my ideas to try and appease both sides.

Payout for a vehicle only gamemode would have to be huge.
You're definitely going to end up losing a HAV by the end of the match.

Well you need to not think of the current problems most of them had been brought up before the patch landed. So that's a start, I am not asking you to have congnitive abilities though but there are plenty of things you can see ahead.

And this is exactly why the CPM needs new blood or get scrapped altogether. Either you don't push for stuff or you get outright rejected by CCP brass.
This idea actually does fit with the game and the game world. CCP can keep shooting itself in the foot. Everybody wants to go right, they go left (and not in the good way).
Every right move CCP ever made was when they had to give in and not try to be so different.
The one thing. THE ONE THING that was supposed to make DUST different is not implemented in the game when that should have been the first, basic thing that was done GÇö tight integration with EVE for important planetary resources.

Big problem is that everyone in the game gets down to specifics, trying to be a developer and proposing solutions when all that was necessary was stating the problem. You generally get more backing when you simply state what the problem is than when you try and forward some solution that only a handful will agree with. It's okay to have an opinion but the farther you get into specific outliers, the less likely the community will support your claims and ideas.
A lot of CPM candidates are going to fail this way and have already begun to. Considering the plethora of players recently expressing their interest in it, I have yet to find one that I would vote for.

Sounds good mate.
Please try to add lore ish type stuff with the battle finder for giving us a reason why we can actually pick those options. That would be extremely fking difficult though I think lol.
Also may I suggest you try to push some lore for an fw territory reset so we can start again, no reason needed for why other than its just sht and I'm not even amarr or caldari.
Ideas are like a day ceasefire for whatever reason or something then oh no a matari fanatic bombs an amarrian outpost or something.
Good luck anyway

Concerning Pyrex, he has a pretty stark view of the CPM. Just as well he habitually manipulates emotional responses in place of valid or compelling arguments, which is a shame considering how successful he is at it. However, that's something that won't fly with CCP and they'd be quick to dismiss any of his arguments due to hyperbole and general lack of professional behavior. That's something that a lot of the early candidates lack though.
