Star Wars. Asides from having a deeper story and greater expanded universe, Star Wars also has more realistic technology. Yeah light sabers are pretty illogical but they make A LOT more sense than phasers. Also Star Wars has a more realistic method of space travel.
Also no one asides exotic dancers and sexy Jedi wear skin tight clothes, that's the way it should be.

Also Star Wars has a more realistic method of space travel. None of that is true. Both phasers and light sabers are equally nonsensical. And hyperspace is more realistic than warp drive? At least warp drive bears a resemblance (albeit an unintentional one and I'll admit merely passing) to an actual theoretical FTL propulsion system, backed up by math and whatnots.

Actually Phasers are just lasers. When they were first conceptualized for the show, we didn't actually know about lasers, but we did know about masers. Phaser stands for PHoton mASER, which is a laser.
Also, there are people currently working on functional warp drives inspired from Stak Trek. They are called Alcubierre Warp Drives.
Star Trek has much more realistic tech.

Saying they're "working" on them is a bit of a stretch but otherwise you're on point.

I know of more engineers and scientists that have cited Star Trek as what inspired them to go into their job field than those that cite Star Wars as inspiration. Come to think of it... I know of none.
...but I digress. I prefer Star Trek. After all, it got me interested in astronomy as a young child.

Hyper space makes more sense than warp drive because hyper space is the act of using a worm hole to travel through space, but warp drive is just going faster than light. Technically speaking, going through a worm hole is more likely, at least in modern science.

Also, wormholes are just as theoretical as warp drives. The only difference is, we can possibly make warp drives, but to use a wormhole, you have to find it.

celerity is the speed limit. Even if you could exploit entanglement the particles still only travel at speeds of C or less. |

Yes warp drives are called warp drives because they "warp" time and space. You dont nescisarily "travel" fast but you manipulate space to cover greater distances in far less time. found this tidbit that you might find interesting. http://io9.com/5963263/how-nasa-will-build-its-very-first-warp-drive |

Instantaneous transfer of information is the only exception to celerity, but speed doesn't apply in the same way. You don't have to get all huffy about your imaginary things. |

There are no wormholes in the tech of either series so what does it matter?
