I should post this question on the Feedback/Requests channel, but I see no indication that that stuff is read or even looked at, so I'll post it here.
Devs... players... passers by rubber necking at this train wreck... ANYONE, have any inkling when the HMG will be fixed??!!?? The 2 NEW rifles have made the OLD (and STILL broken) HMG even more of a joke! I find myself less and less drawn to this game and the Heavy class into which I specced.
But what should I do, spin the roulette wheel and see which class it lands on to spec into next, only to have that class nerfed into obsolescence with the next update (nod to you AV'ers at the moment). It's truly a crap shoot which class will get hit next, and that's a gamble I'd rather not take. No, I'd rather enjoy the class that drew me to the game... the class (and weapon) into which I've invested millions of SP.
(Removes reading glasses, closes rant notes folder, and quietly steps away from the podium.) So with that said, anyone have any indication... any word at all on HMG repairs, or new heavy suits for that matter? (Don't even want to look at the rant folder on that subject right now!) |

Bro do you even Heavy? Seriously though, the HMG is in a d*mn fine place right now, and if you can't kill with it you need a new suit.
When was this "d*mn fine place" implemented? Maybe I missed something. |

Yes, but when did this happen? I've seen no fixes on this. I haven't been on this game as much during the holidays (combination of busy-ness and plain old apathy with the game) and when I was on I didn't even waste my time pulling out the heavy suit much. The last time I ran heavy for any substantial period of time, it was all combat and rail rifles making short work of EVERYTHING! |

Ok. Well maybe I'll give it another go now that I have more time. Like I said, I haven't run heavy in a while. I've been running other suits that I'm minimally specced into and frankly don't enjoy as much.
I could be wrong about the HMG in its current state, I'm not afraid to admit that. I'm not infallible. But the last time I ran my heavy/HMG substantially, it just became a frustrating waste of time and ISK. |

Your a scrub I just went 30/0 and do that constantly with the hmg. Get good

Yes, as I stated before I haven't bothered to pull out the heavy enough to gauge the difference. So this was again a partially uninformed post (as I see now) based on the results I got from my initial experiences against the new rifles. Again, my mistake.
I'm going to try to get back into the heavy groove to truly see what the "refurbish" is like. |

Yeah, that was a rhetorical joke. It didn't require an answer. See when I asked "What do you mean "you people"?" I was sardonically implying that he he had an underlying bias, and discriminating against..... ahh skip it... Yeah you're right, he meant fatties. |
