1) Swap the TAC damage and the Breach damage
2) Give the TAC its old RoF and a larger clip
That makes both viable and balanced
TAC becomes medium damage, semi auto, with an ACOG
Breach becomes high damage, short range, slow RoF weapon
This also makes them actually follow CCP's own weapon descriptions

No no no. Just increase the damage of the Breach AR for the first 35m. Say by 15-20%.

breach is good because it has really really high accuracy. No kick at all. That thing is a laser.
but it's low rate of fire is keeping it from shining.

No its the damage, All breach weapons have the highest damage in their class except for the ARs.

That's sort of true. The Assault Forge gun out dps's the Breach and the Assault SMG out DPS's the Breach SMG as well. Actually the only weapon I believe out DPS's the standard or assault variants is the Breach Shotgun and that has only 2 shots and a very long reload.
