I see a lot of people arguing that AV is for making tanks run away, and that if it runs away, you "won" because you forced it out of the battle.
Yeah, maybe, for 10 seconds?
That's the problem, there is no lasting effect, tanks just regenerate uber quick and come back and stomp the AV user that DARED (ghasp) to try and shoot their baby!
If AV, say, stopped shield regeneration for a long time/slowed armor regen to a crawl, that would force tanks out of the battle for long, so that making them run is actually a small victory.
Shield regeneration bonus for Gallente Assault is about as useful as Sharpshooter for Nova Knives.

Infantry AV that is, tanks are anti everything.
Also, what the **** does the first sentence have to do with anything? Do you hate bugs biting your shiny metal arse and actually doing something while squishing them?

I am more safe and can do more damage in a 70k tank than my 200k Proto suit.

2. Only allow one hardener to be fitted, or have horrible stacking penalties to fit more than one.
