Lol at "teaching" logistics... by far the easiest role to learn. Skill into equipment, use equipment, don't get killed. That's it. |

I've run a logi that goes 0/0/0 and gets 4000 WP in a match. IF you are getting that much WP from "almost every match", then you are doing so through uplink spam, nanohive spam, and revive/triage/guardian points.
Again, skill into equipment, use equipment, don't get killed. The only "hard" part about the support logi role is the last bit - not getting killed. |

Fox, most of what you're pointing out can't really be "taught". You just get a feel for it.
Same thing with remotes - you get a feel for when your trap will work and when it won't.
That kind of experience comes from playing the game, not from being shown how to do it.
This is my advice anyway; I've been a logi since Uprising and have 26.4 mil SP, 5.4 mil WP. Started as a support logi but became a slayer logi with the 1.4 repper nerf and rise of active scanning. Support logi is nice and good and gets you a lot of WP, but I don't do it unless no one else will. Because ultimately, slaying is the tougher part of this game, and I am a very good slayer. |

Slaying is tougher.
In playing support logi, it's easy to get 2k-3k WP just from equipment spam, reps, and guardian points.
It's a lot harder to get 2k-3k WP just from kills.
As to my use of the suit, I use the logi because when running solo, I have to provide for myself. That means scanning and nanohives. I also use REs to lure enemies into traps. If I had a squad at my back to take care of scanning/ammo then for sure, I'd run a proto assault suit, but that isn't always an option. |
