Ideally we would go with 16-20 who are active daily, by which time we should have accrued enough money to start taking districts. Everything depends on our preliminary search, we will not launch into PC's until we have our team filled and functioning: -becoming familiar with our likeminded corp-mates -consistently proving effective tactics and battle techniques both as a squad, and as a full team -and all members having full prototype fittings and skills for their roles Currently we are recruiting in full force and with great diligence. We have started a viral chat of protos and prospective protos, players of all types as a research project myself and the founding CEO started: BIG VANILLA GIRL CHAT. This chat is only the center point of a slew of public chats we currently recruit on. As we ever expand our horizons to new recruiting methods I would like to stress that we want to get to know you, how you handle yourself in combat, what your preference of gameplay is (ie do you play just to have fun? are you seriously and emotionally connected to your every death?) Basically I'm looking for serious players with military like discipline and resolve. Cobra Connection is a corp that will function like a well oiled machine. Death Firm was founded by myself and my most trusted group of core players, my top ten players and myself are all above 24milsp, myself at 31.5mil. We have an active and very successful training program. which is working very well. We have the same goals as you as far as being "ready" before launching an official PC campaign. Every player in the alliance submits a resume to my battle commanders so we know who has what kind of gear and what area's they may need help in as my "A" team and myself have solid PC experience. Having a solid team and balanced squads is very important. Now my questions for you are as follows, 1) Do you have an eve pilot or pilots? 2) can you field at least eight full proto including two logi's. 3) Are you training from within or are you looking for proto players through recruitment. 4) In my opinion AUR bought proto is not true proto, lvl5 skills are proto, what's your take. 5) Is your corp in a stockpiling mode right now. 6) Do you have a top level tanker, at least 1, if not my tankers will train. 7) Do you have a squad leader training program, if not you will find that here also. I have more questions and I'm sure you do too. And yes public recruiting is slow when looking for PC capable players as most of them are already established. All I can do is say please get in touch with Cyber Cobras in-game and do what you can to fill him in and connect him with a willing pilot. I will be in phone contact with him through the process but it seems your help and connections will do a lot more than I can currently. So I just want to say, thank you so much for your help and support. sixteensixty4 CAUSE 4 C0NCERN 145	Posted - 2014.01.14 17:02:00 - [31] - Quote I'm a little tempted to apply, would be nice to play some pc, i imagine you get some awesome battles given that the whole team on both sides are playing to win, as opposed to playing with a random bunch of blues day in day out I do ok in pubs with my tank, but im debating whether my skill lvl would be good enough for pc, im more than confident in my boots on the ground (pro cal assualt), but not as much in my tank ... although i dont do bad in it, been making profit since uprising, just not sure how hardcore pc is lol I've been playing since closed beta, tanking since upriseing, have abvout 12 mil sp in tanks Gunlogi with proto rails, proto missiles and adv blasters, my missile turrets have +4 on prof and +5 on reload, shield skills maxed at +5 as are the active module skills, planned to spec dmg mods next, then work on my rails reload and prof , then get amour mods at +5 (they at +3 at mo) I have a mic, im in england (gmt time zone) and house share and so after about 10pm its not viable for me to use it, although maybe i could learn to talk quieter As mentioned, i also have a 18mil sp proto cal assault, points in all the right places, more than confident running on the ground I just got to spec into dampening & hacking and then im done with the core skills, i still use the duvolle (spelling?) but have proto rail rifle and swarms and scrambler also But anyways, im interested in joining with my tanker (and my assualt also if wanted), im not home tonight, but will be the rest of the week, send us a ingame msg if you want to squad up and see if im any good for you and i'll reply as soon as i get online, either late (after midnight) tonight or tomorrow also, my weekly and monthly stats make it look like i dont have time to play, however its more a case of im just tierd of lone wolfing dust and cal fw, i';ve been playing other things, if theres one thing i do got, thats time to play video games

Cobra Connection can be referred to as an experiment at best. We are a new group of proto players and generally we are very professional and relaxed. We had a member who caused a problem, and for those of us who completely disagreed began a new corp with a new name and a new directive. What I would like to see coming from the legacy of cobra connection is the fact that our core group of directors and our CEO all made it possible to begin into PC on a whimsy and test our mettle against the best without hesitation. We took a lot of losses and a few wins, but ultimately we got out there and tried as a small infant corp.
