Caveman, thank you for your interest in CEO'S. We currently have eve support and are building more.
Death Firm was founded by myself and my most trusted group of core players, my top ten players and myself are all above 24milsp, myself at 31.5mil. We have an active and very successful training program. which is working very well.
We have the same goals as you as far as being "ready" before launching an official PC campaign. Every player in the alliance submits a resume to my battle commanders so we know who has what kind of gear and what area's they may need help in as my "A" team and myself have solid PC experience. Having a solid team and balanced squads is very important.
Now my questions for you are as follows,
1) Do you have an eve pilot or pilots? 2) can you field at least eight full proto including two logi's. 3) Are you training from within or are you looking for proto players through recruitment. 4) In my opinion AUR bought proto is not true proto, lvl5 skills are proto, what's your take. 5) Is your corp in a stockpiling mode right now. 6) Do you have a top level tanker, at least 1, if not my tankers will train. 7) Do you have a squad leader training program, if not you will find that here also.
I have more questions and I'm sure you do too. Hit myself, Rance Quartermaine, Not the Brent, Xvos Reigns, or Connor Northwood in one of my open chats B2A is the channel name and we can consult further. I am on all the time as I am on vacation for the winter.
Looking forward to talking and thank you for your professionalism... Cyrax Maximus Servius~

Caveman, if you have trouble getting eve pilots let us know, we can help as you need an eve pilot with the proper skill set to join an alliance. And yes public recruiting is slow when looking for PC capable players as most of them are already established.
Internal training has been very efficient and effective as you establish a connection and friendship with your players...

Friendly bump to some strong fighters, always a tough fist fight.
Keep up the good work, glad you found an alliance that is working out for you.
Friends are everything in this game, if you ever run short and need help, me and my squad "when not busy training our guys" are always available.

You seriously need to put a leash around one or more of your players, for the comments I saw posted on Gen Chat from last night were truly over the top.
I have had my arguments with people but would never consider racism or holacaustic references in any argument. I have spoken with you in the past and you did not come off to me like this. Had I known the events of last night I would never have bumped your thread this morning.
That kind of behavior is disgusting at best, not the kind of way to become relevant in this game. Nor the type of players you should have in your company.
If you were not aware of your corpmates behavior, be advised they are setting a very bad example for your cause.
Just a friendly heads up...
