map thats all indoor/multiple levels tunnels, open rooms with balcony's in a open courtyard multiple entrances/exits/flanking points. A map that would force close quarter combat with heavies/shotgunners would be $$ in these situations, choke points No lag preffered. Most of the time when we look back at a game and are like damn that was a awesome battle even after you lost money for the match, the fact that you battles your ass off under constant fire made it worth it. I want more of those battles. |

We could be fighting for control of a space station. The InterBus Frontier Spaceport idea would work with this.

In Eve the low level missions frequently have asteroid colonies or pirate bases with robotic guns that shoot at the capsuleers. What if the stations were associated with an indoor dust map? The pirates and the Mission runners could fight over the station. Eve mission runners could create the contract to take the station interior. The pilots would have to send a landing craft with a clone re-animator, or maybe just a few clones. The goal of the mission runner mercs could be to kill the pirates, hack the central targeting computer , and gather any useful space loot to eject into space to be sold to the capsuleer . Maybe they could even destroy or sabotage ships before launch. Dust salvage might also be available. The pirates goal would be to kill off the mission runner mercs, hack back the targeting computer, and salvage any dust loot., and defend the ships prior to launch, with a bonus if the mission runners are defeated. This scenario might allow only a set type of fittings since the battle is indoors, and the clones would likely have to use transfer of consciousness to even get to the place. This idea would be a way to further merge Dust and Eve into the same virtual universe.

There is a limitation to how much indoor space they can add using the engine on PS3. |
