A. taxi bastard your an idiot, deaset idiot. B. Calvin B is one of the most feared clones on the field and one of those clones that will have me distracted for the entire 15 mins. That is valid and critical affect a great Sniper can have on an entire team. He also knows what he is talking about. C. There is an issue with both hit detection and frame rendering D. There is an issue with tactical information / target acquisition E. There is a difference between a PRO Sniper and someone that can fit a proto SR, that usually is indicated by 30+ kills match in, match out, calvin b is one of these snipers F. Having a Sniper as part of my 6 is essential to squad mechanics G. Got a problem with any of the above? Dont't care, it means you are a scrub.

why cowards should be rewarded with cheaper guns when they are at a lot less risk is beyond me. Couldn't have said that better myself In the Feedback section I've posted my idea for fixing "sniper" rifles. I'll repost here They need to add a feature where anytime a "sniper" uses the zoom' feature with his rifle, it will result in -50 WP. Upon firing the "sniper" rifle, the rifle will self destruct, killing the "sniper" instantly. Attempting to fire a "sniper" rifle a second time in one game will result in being banned until next downtime. Feedback?

There is something going on with hit detection, and frame rendering, since 1.7. There is aslo something going on with the tactical overlay information, since 1.7
I can not thunk of what silent change was made, butt I have found that the 'frames may take some time to render even when they are within field and range of vision' comment in 1.7 Patch notes has had a dramatic negative affect.
Again, I can't say exactly what, bar the fact that frames plus 200 meters are 'non existant'.
NOTE: On this above information, the field and target acquisitiin is dramatically different the more altitude you gain on map... IE: redline mountains is a fix for this. Blue MCC is a fix for this, Towers is a ohh wait we can't get ontop of our towers anymore WTF!
I read at some stage that there was an algorithm used to direct altitude and aviable cover, guess they used it to generate the maps and not kept the same principle, but simply removed our ability to gain height with dropship blowingup and no cover, guess that was not enough... for fks sake.
Ohh.. PRECISION ENHANCEMENT AND RANGE EXTENSION SHOULD AFFECT SR!
Just add it to the list, and growing list, of work to be completed, soon tm.
