Going to allow pilots to use a MLT HAVs as a scapegoat for the AV problem while they secretly justify the power of STD HAVs with the "I threw ISK/SP at it, so I should stomp", argument?

Can't balance around content that doesn't exist, which is exactly why roles like the Scout are in the situation they are in now.

As soon as pilots decide to stop making more than 1 thread about vehicles, then I'll start making only one thread about AV, and simply editing it.

I don't recall any AVer ever saying "Keep STD/ADV/PRO AV where it is, and just nerf MLT AV"
Nor do I recall any AVer saying "I paid ISK/SP, I should stomp" - that's actually the argument pilots made/make btw

We weren't completely invisible, don't sell me that bs because I'm not buying it.
As for the range, I never abused it so I don't see why I should be punished for it. That's like nerfing Sniper Rifles because of Redline Snipers.

I say keep in style with SL damage increments per tier and increase the amount of Swarms per shot as opposed to damage per swarm, but either one would do.
