Hope I am getting this right but something where it is only x suit in z match? kinda, its more like what would happen if you removed proto tiers and were left with only the standard suits, you have your assault suits which would get all kinds of bonuses for that role but with appropriate penalties, same with logi's, scouts etc, as the game progresses new roles get added. tiercide aims for a spectrum of colours, rather than several shades of the same one. okay i'm kinda going overboard with the vague imagery here. but if we say your in a match where maximum slaying is the required role then a suit appropriate for that would be best. of course some support roles would be needed to let the slayers keep slaying, so these support players put themselves at a disadvantage so they can keep their teams effective. its a move towards a suit system that requires more dependability on other roles doing their job well, rather than the rather self sufficient system we have right now. for example, the assault suit gets so and so bonuses to damage mods, and so and so racial bonuses to racial weapons, but lacks any equipment slots, whereas the logi suits get sos and so bonuses to support modules and so and so bonuses to racial equipment, but in return they deal less damage. one suit thats built for support, the other built for killing. the assault protects the logi, while the logi keeps the assault in the fight. We need LESS tiers, not to apply them to everything just because stupid people don't know how to fit tanks. And don't even argue with that. You can make a Sica that can paste an entire team and wipe the floor with Gunnlogis and Madrugars. If you can't do this, you're bad and you should feel bad.
