I will put up 1 million of my own ISK. I'm not entered nor my alts. So, after logging into Dust, I already have 6 million of the 10 million needed to pay out. If I don't get 10 mil, the ISK will be refunded to those who have sent it to me. Almost there! I will accept entries until December 31.

What do I need to do to gain your confidence that this is not a scam? Right now I have 6 million isk. 5 million has be given from five different mercs to be entered in the raffle. I have pledged 1 million of my own ISK....no strings attached. So, all I need is 4 more people to sign up and the raffle will be in place and I will pick a winner January 1.
To show I'm legit I have sent you 1 million ISK. Now you have no reason not to enter.
