Hello fellow Caldari loyalist!!
I have created a corporation for the purpose of bringing triumph in war for our beloved State.
Onuoto Uakan Huogaatsu is Napanii for Loyal Patriot Protectorate. We are a coalition of Caldari loyalist fighting for the good of our State. We are looking for mercenaries new and old to join us in our cause. It is time that we gathered our strength to fight against our sworn enemy who destroyed our homeland Caldari Prime, the Gallente.
Our corporation will be managed by selected individuals that belong to the council. Together, decisions will be made concerning the corporation and its activities. Though I am CEO, this is a position shared by those of the council.
As of now, there is no tax. This may or may not change. Matters will be decided by a vote in a weeks time (we have to account for the busy holiday). I will be sure to update any changes as they come forth.
For the new players who wish to join, we will provide training, guidance and funding as we help you realize your goals as a soldier of our corporation.
For the vets, leadership roles are open as your invaluable knowledge will help shape OUKH into a competitive corporation.
FW will be our focus but unless the council decides otherwise, we will use pub contracts to fund our efforts and to help train players to allow synchronization, teamwork and fluid cohesion to grow. Also, we will assist our Amarrian allies when necessary as well.
We ask that you respect our members and the Caldari way as we set forth on this endeavor. Do not hesitate to email me in game with any questions and/or suggestions concerning this new vigorous effort.
Be sure to read Caldari Corps thread to get a general idea of the blueprint in mind for this corporation.

I back this ad and would like to add that soon, an EVE pilot (mine, I think) will get the CEOship. Only to make it so that they can have 6300 possible members. EVE pilots have better Corporation Management tools, as well. For the State. o7

This character cannot join as I am the CEO of my corporation and DUST liason for my allaince, but I will happily send some alts this way and act as assistance in an administrative capacity if needed. My corp and my allaince will also lend assistance as needed, once we get someone in eve with directorship of this new corp set my corp and my allaince to BLUE and I shall do the same.

you could simply not allow the shares to be bought...thats the way our EVE corp does it. there is no voting because there are no shareholders. I do not feel comfortable with any one person have a majority control regardless of their leadership status. If you do assign the majority of the shares to yourself you are in essence ensuring that you are in charge of the corp for eternity and can overrule anyone else's thoughts, comments, or desires simply because you hold a majority of the shares, perhaps not on paper but in practice that is exactly how it would happen with EVE side directorship/CEO control.

Yes free and ill give rights to you guys to create any groups you wish for any games you play. You can place admin and accept members.
It's a community thing so no lines are drawn here(Gallente or Caldari) plus will give your group a shout out on Podside to direct more Caldari troops your way

We should discuss this in game, but I can say that will go against one of the founding ideas of this corporation. The idea is that it remains controlled by selected members instead of just one. Though I am the face of the CEO, that title is still shared by selected members of the corporation. Plus it acts as a safeguard, to prevent totalitarian like ways. We remember Tibus Heth. Do not take my post as being offensive, kirjuun. I simply want to remind you of the outlook on how we conduct the affairs of the corporation.
