Hello fellow Caldari loyalist!!
I have created a corporation for the purpose of bringing triumph in war for our beloved State.
Onuoto Uakan Huogaatsu is Napanii for Loyal Patriot Protectorate. We are a coalition of Caldari loyalist fighting for the good of our State. We are looking for mercenaries new and old to join us in our cause. It is time that we gathered our strength to fight against our sworn enemy who destroyed our homeland Caldari Prime, the Gallente.
Our corporation will be managed by selected individuals that belong to the council. Together, decisions will be made concerning the corporation and its activities. Though I am CEO, this is a position shared by those of the council.
As of now, there is no tax. This may or may not change. Matters will be decided by a vote in a weeks time (we have to account for the busy holiday). I will be sure to update any changes as they come forth.
For the new players who wish to join, we will provide training, guidance and funding as we help you realize your goals as a soldier of our corporation.
For the vets, leadership roles are open as your invaluable knowledge will help shape OUKH into a competitive corporation.
FW will be our focus but unless the council decides otherwise, we will use pub contracts to fund our efforts and to help train players to allow synchronization, teamwork and fluid cohesion to grow. Also, we will assist our Amarrian allies when necessary as well.
We ask that you respect our members and the Caldari way as we set forth on this endeavor. Do not hesitate to email me in game with any questions and/or suggestions concerning this new vigorous effort.
Be sure to read Caldari Corps thread to get a general idea of the blueprint in mind for this corporation.

We should discuss this in game, but I can say that will go against one of the founding ideas of this corporation. The idea is that it remains controlled by selected members instead of just one. Though I am the face of the CEO, that title is still shared by selected members of the corporation. Plus it acts as a safeguard, to prevent totalitarian like ways. We remember Tibus Heth. Do not take my post as being offensive, kirjuun. I simply want to remind you of the outlook on how we conduct the affairs of the corporation.

Michael Arck will be running an open squad on Monday. He's an interesting fellow with a crazy work schedule but has informed me he will be available to squad up with possible recruits anywhere between 3-8pm est and then again from 11 to ? am est. The aim of OUKH is to provide a comfortable, respectable, fun environment for our mercenaries. While we would like to have players to have a decent KDR, we do understand that most players who might consider applying will not have that. We ask that you have a drive for success and patience to learn. If you posses these things, we can go great distances.

Awesome, thanks for the welcoming invite... For the record, I know my SP is over 10 million but I'm not sure of the exact #. One other quick question.. Do you have many members playing during the mornings on Weekdays? My work schedule is M-F 3:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Mountain Time and from what I've seen in this thread, a lot of the Corp info is on Friday nights and weekends (which is dedicated "wife" time because of our schedules  ) I'm O.K. either way, just kind of wondering.
Good to see your interest in the corp! Most of our members are nightcrawlers, to be honest. You will catch a few on during the morning hours. Oddly enough, Michael has a schedule like yours, though he works a bit later. I know I see him on the most on early morning weekdays, due to his odd overnight schedule. I, too, often log in during the morning hours.
Also, since we have an EVE alliance, you also will have our alliance brothers online as well. Once I get home and accept your invite, you will notice the new comms, Alliance, which houses mercs from over 15 corporations that are online.

Basic tactics, door stacking, fanning, controlled suppressive fire (or killing fire for some of the idiots I've seen ) Most people either lone wolf or just run around. Using actual small squad infantry tactics would help immensely.

There are unknown, good and team oriented players in New Eden that we would love amongst our ranks. Of course the more established corporations are inviting to many mercs. What do we offer different? Respect for one. We are not elitist nor do we carry the attitude of one. We are all brothers in arms, joining together to fight against oppositions that change faces with the phases of the moon.
OUKH has an eye on the future. Presently, we search for soldiers who can see this same vision. What is strong today will not be in existence later in time. This is our time now to join together and train. To build our skills. To rise up among the ashes. I cannot promise you the end result. I cannot say with certainty that victory is assured.
