As we know so far Amarrians love Lasers, so what about an Heavy Laser?
It'll be like the Laser Rifle but with Forge Gun Charge up. & like the Laser Rifle if you keep the beam on the Vehicle it'll do maxium damage & it'll Overheat very quickly.
Ok so lets get to the stats, you can change them if you think it's not balanced...
Millita Variant: Damage - 100HP (Per second if the beam is focused on it's target) Charge-up - 5sec Ammo/Clip Size - 500 Ammo - 2500 Reload Time - 8.0sec Heat-Build up per second - 50.0sec Cooldown - 8.0sec Seize Duration - 10.0sec Feedback Damage - 200.00HP Meta Level - 0
Basic Variant: Damage - 120HP (Per second if the beam is focused on it's target) Charge-up - 4sec Ammo/Clip Size - 500 Ammo - 2500 Reload Time - 8.0sec Heat-Build up per second - 40.0sec Cooldown - 8.0sec Seize Duration - 10.0sec Feedback Damage - 210.00HP Meta Level - 1
Advance Variant: Damage - 150HP (Per second if the beam is focused on it's target) Charge-up - 4sec Ammo/Clip Size - 500 Ammo - 2500 Reload Time - 8.0sec Heat-Build up per second - 35.0sec Cooldown - 8.0sec Seize Duration - 10.0sec Feedback Damage - 260.00HP Meta Level - 4
Prototype Variant: Damage - 200HP (Per second if the beam is focused on it's target) Charge-up - 4sec Ammo/Clip Size - 500 Ammo - 2500 Reload Time - 8.0sec Heat-Build up per second - 25.0sec Cooldown - 8.0sec Seize Duration - 10.0sec Feedback Damage - 300.00HP Meta Level - 8
That's it, you can change them if you want, i don't know about Assault or Breach Variants, but i could leave CCP to that... |

You have the Militia variant all wrong. Point of MLT: It's pretty much the basic variant, but more reload time, less accuracy, clip size, etc. No changes to super big stats, like the damage.
Damage upgrades are too much. Look at the Laser Rifle. Only increases by about 2 per tier. Remember that damage multiplies the longer it's fired, which means that the +20 you put on there, quickly turns into +100.
Which is why i said, you can change them... |
