The Swarm Launcher currently puts you in firing range in everything in the game. The mediocre damage it does just doesn't warrant the risk you put yourself in. Plus it's REALLY useless against Dropships, the main reason why you're using swarms. They need to be EQ, because the way they operate now doesn't warrant it being anything else.

Also, most jeeps are easily taken down by swarms. They don't have as much killing power, but they do force tanks to turn on hardeners, which then puts a "timer" on how long they can stay there. Behave. any enemy who destroys vehicles should have thier wallet reduced by what the vehicle costs and go to the guy calling it in recuruit link 5 to 11 mil isk per 100k recuruit
