Sam Tektzby wrote:Via this hread. There is other way and thats a limitation of FW battles under direct flag, for example like in real world, economy is based with laws of people fluctuation, why not make it like:"Oki you have 10 consecutive wins under Galente flag, but you must chose another faction for another 10 wins, to preserve economy.", what about this?! There are no words to describe how stupid an idea this is...
I'm not even going to waste my breath pointing out the obvious flaws.

I mean, when I'm spreading the Amarr faith, the only thing on my mind is "Oh gee, maybe I should go help those Matari savages who threatened to tear my throat out the other day. Yeah, and since I'm too lazy to do it of my own volition, I want to be forced to fight for the very thing I hate most!". So forcing people to fight for factions they don't like and inevitably lose earnt standings is good? Do you even dust...........ever? I think he was being sarcastic.

Sam Tektzby wrote:This double post, oh oki enjoy game. In near future there will be nobody in your "still win" FW. Im done with it. Here's an idea. Come up with a good idea to solve the problem next time, not a bad idea.
Then maybe you won't receive hell for your suggestions.

Does that mean I don't have to be silent if I can't? That seems backwards, but okay!

Classy. It's not really that classy, I just like being an ass.
Also, it's fluent, not fluid.

Sorry, but I have to agree with Samael. Somewhat.
Factional warfare isn't pointless, but it could probably be more relevant. As it stands now, it's mostly for roleplayers and those who want factional items. And even then, roleplayers have to use their imagination. I wouldn't mind seeing some real, tangible benefits to factional warfare superiority. It would make factional warfare more meaningful. There's nothing wrong with rewarding the player's efforts, after all.
Case in point, the developers of EVE were looking into a way for certain benefits that would be given to a faction if they were doing well in factional warfare. If EVE has it, why not Dust 514?

Why don't you two apologize and make up?

Not at all, I'd rather never have to deal with people that dense on the forum, its alot better and we can shoot eachother in game. Making enemies while debating creates competition in game, I'm here to kill not make friends with everyone and ignoring them makes them far more determined. Well, if that's what you want, that's fine.
Personally, I can't bring myself to hide posts. Doesn't matter how much I dislike the poster, I just can't do it. Maybe it's because I feel everyone should have a voice, maybe it's because I like debating their points too much, or maybe it's because I don't want to miss any of the conversation.
Also, I wouldn't call him "dense" as much as I would call him "stubborn".

Wait, hold on, we should get back on-topic.
Terrible idea, OP! No one wants to fight for the enemy...
