Also, you want a better idea? Make factional warfare matter. As it is now, factional warfare is just a way for you to actively earn loyalty points to buy factional items. If you don't want those items, there's no reason to do it.

That all depends on the person, usually teenyboppers want a reward for EVERYTHING, like a dog.

The battles are generated on actual planets in eve, each faction has an ideology, all over game just give you usually 2 factions and no reason at all to fight.

What's so pointless about it in dust? Its the same as every other game in that respect, would you need an amarrian to actually come and enslave your whole family in real life? Lol

Lol My point was that unless you really want faction items, you won't participate in factional warfare. Outside of faction items, there's no reason to do it. None. Nada. Zilch.
