Just a quick question, how come the CPU upgrades are in the low slots (Never checked Infantry, but is the case for vehicles), to me it doesn't make much sense, especially since the Armor Vehicles usually need CPU and the Shield Vehicles need PG, surely it'd be smart to have the CPU in the highs?

I don't know about vehicles, but it is exactly where it needs to be infantry side. It is on that prime.

I want CPU in the High Slots, I also want a nerf to CPU and PG for vehicles (mainly tanks). It doesn't make sense to have both CPU and PG in the lows, A shield tank can have all Complex in his 5 slots, an Armor tank can have 3 it appears to be, they'd be able to fit a fourth if they had access to a high slot CPU module, oh and that's both tanks with proto weapons.
Balance that bit now and then bring the CPU/PG down on them.

CPU upgrades and PG expansion units have always been low power modules in EVE as well, at least during the two and a half years I played EVE.

Ok. This is a NON biased Vote for CPU upgrades on high slots....Wont argue with you here
I must say i AM pretty pleased with them as Low slots but i can see how having them as high slots would help (like on minny scouts...)....

It's not even low slot space, I just want to be able to put things in my damn high slots. Literally every build I can only fill one high slot because they gave the Madruger no CPU.
While the gunlogi user has enough CPU and PG to easily dual tank their fits.

You can have your high slot CPU mods as soon as shield tanks get at least two of the following in our low slots:
Damage mods
Speed mods
Scanners
CRUs
Light Shield Extender (keep Heavies in high slot) |

Change you to "They", then the post makes more sense.
While I get that you want more utilities for your lows, personally I don't have a problem with fitting a better tanked Gunnlogi with a Damage Mod, Scanner, Nitrous or CRU, and I have no clue whatsoever as to why you want light extenders in your lows, this makes no sense, especially when it comes to LAVs.
I want you to try something, get the correct skills and fit every module on a Gunnlogi as complex, now try to do the same on a Madrugar, I assure you, you won't be fitting any high slot modules because of CPU. :)
Shield Vehicles have more fitting opportunities and can quite easily dual tank, Armor Vehicles cannot.
