We have requested locks long time ago, i'm not requesting it again.
I don't really like the time lock we have now, as it is.
Everytime i want to jump in a vehicle, the owner have to wait for 15 seconds, or if i am the owner i have to wait 15 seconds to give a lift to someone.
A command to unlock the vehicle before 15 seconds would be useful.

Agreed - the 15 second rule actively interferes with the usefulness of vehicles. The biggest problem in the first place was blueberries in HAVs, and most tankers took out their small turrets, so it's no longer a problem for them. Just remove this lock.
RDVs are a failed experiment - can't we just remove them from the game?

The timer is a decent option where a lock might be too difficult for CCP to build.

I thought it was funny that the lock stays active even after you steal a tank. I killed a guy day before yesterday, just as he fell his RDV delivered the tank. Even after I hacked it, I had to stand there while the rest of the 15 second timer ran out before I could get in it.

The Devs have stated more than once that the current Vehicle Lock implementation was just a quick fix to make it into the patch cycle, and a full-featured "All/Squad/Locked" toggle will be added later.
You're asking for something that's already planned.

Vehicle fitting 1: F you blueberries, has a setting you can put on it during creation to let other people use it Vehicle fitting 2: Blueberry Delight, Setting is on and will let squad into vehicle first and blues after the 5 second timer
The timer for squad should have stayed the same, 9 out of 10 times if someones in my squad their there for a reason, if i don't want them there i kick or lock the squad. So no delay on squad

I assumed getting into the vehicle ended the lock. I guess I should learn not to make assumptions.
