Everyone else will rally around that, and they'll start to win matches. The previously strong factions will then start to lose all the "only in it cause they're winning" mob, and the pendulum will swing the other way. In a few months Amarr and Caldari will be dominating, and the forums will be full of exactly the same kinds of threads we have now, just on the other sides.
