This is why Gallente/Minmatar win, we see some factional warfare going on and join our favourite side. Caldarl/Amarr see fractional warfare and only 1/2 take part and the rest sit in the MCC doing math homework.

This will balance out. Stronger players & corps will start to fight for the losing faction to get more of a challenge. Everyone else will rally around that, and they'll start to win matches. The previously strong factions will then start to lose all the "only in it cause they're winning" mob, and the pendulum will swing the other way.
In a few months Amarr and Caldari will be dominating, and the forums will be full of exactly the same kinds of threads we have now, just on the other sides.

Except for the fact that it won't actually happen. People tend to take the path with the least resistance.
